The Nebraska Alumni Rugby Foundation (NARF) in partnership with Roy and Christy Heimbrock have established the Ara Heimbrock Memorial Scholarship. This is an annual merit-based tuition award in Ara Heimbrock’s name to be distributed to a student who is currently enrolled full time at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (UNL) and a committed, active member of the UNL Rugby Club in good standing. The award is $2,500.00. The intent of this academic award is to support the educational needs (e.g. books, tuition, housing etc.) of the recipient in recognition of their contributions to the UNL Rugby Club.
