available scholarships
3 NARF funded player scholarships are awarded each school year to an active player. Plans are in place to expand these offerings. In addition to the Ara Heimbrock scholarship and the two $500 scholarships, NARF also helps facilitate the nominations for the Jim Cunningham Spirit Scholarship available through the NU Foundation.
The intent of these academic award is to support the educational needs (e.g. books, tuition, housing etc.) of the recipient in recognition of their contributions to the UNL Rugby Club.
